Preschool or Childcare Center


We come to the school and provide classes as part of a school's curricula or as an enrichment program. Once a week, children enjoy a 30-minute fun-filled and educational class designed to foster healthy life habits. Classes are available ages 18 months and up.

Elementary School


We come to a private or public school to offer a physical education program or an enrichment program for the after-school program. Classes are 30-60 minutes and are designed for ages 6-12 years.

Stand-Alone Classes


From one-time to a 12-week semester, we can customize our programs to fit your needs. Taught by our certified instructors, classes can be taught at gyms, recreation centers, libraries and a variety of private locations.

Summer Camps


Each summer we offer customized summer camp programming. These are available for ages 18 months and up. Learn more about our SIZZLIN Summer Camps.
